Career Highlights:
I have taught the people side of business at four universities over a period of 25 years. My research on a variety of topics has been published in top research and practitioner journals. I joined the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2003 and currently serve as the Cameron School of Business Associate Dean over undergraduate programs.

I enjoy learning and sharing what I've learned. I believe that knowledge, applied ethically, makes the world a better place.
