Career Highlights:

My main area of expertise is mental health nursing. I am certified to conduct psychotherapy with children, adolescents and young adults. My research focuses on youth outcomes after experiencing adverse childhood experiences.

    The profession will reach a point in which a BSN is required for entry into practice.

  • What qualities make someone particularly successful in nursing?

    Critical thinking skills, acceptance, having true empathy for others, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
